Anita Barone

Barone appears on The Shoes (Seinfeld 4th season) as Gail Cunningham. A chef, she wants Elaine Benes's shoes. Early in the 1990s Barone made an appearance in the show Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was also the ex-wife of Geller's character, Carol Willick, in the character's first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett took over her role after Barone quit the show to pursue her full-time job. Barone was the lead in The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season between 1995 and 1996 as well as The War at Home, from 2005-2007. In 2000 Barone was also a co-star on the show Daddio. Her television credits include Desperate Women Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004 Barone was the recipient of the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her performance in the movie One Last Ride. In 2010 three years after The War at Home ended it's running time, Barone was cast in a regular role on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones as the ex-husband of the character played by Barone for two seasons.
