Arike Ogunbowale

Arike ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional basketball player. She is part of the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played in the NCAA basketball tournament with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, prior to being selected by the Wings as the 5th overall pick of the 2019 WNBA draft. This year's USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team was announced on 7th July 2014. Ogunbowale was also selected for the ACC All-Freshman Team for her debut collegiate season. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for her big shots during the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale is not a newcomer to basketball but she has quickly made herself known.
